Top 5 Tips For A Hassle-Free Airport Experience
- Make sure you have your Sea-Tac Pick-up Instructions before you land.
- Make sure you have your driver’s contact information in advance! The driver CANNOT self-dispatch. You must call the port at 206-787-5906 first. The driver can help you with the process. Call our office at 206-632-5162 if you have any difficulty with this process.
- If someone in your party has mobility issues, make pre-arrangements with your airline for wheelchair and baggage portage service. Your group could walk up to 3/4 of a mile to reach the authorized motor-coach pick-up location.
- From your Arrival gate to Baggage Claim: Travelers must contact their airline directly to make a reservation prior to your arrival at the airport.
- Wheelchair rental: Smarte Carte is on the Baggage Claim level. It offers wheelchair rentals. Learn more at www.smartecarte.com.
- International groups arriving at Sea-Tac MUST provide local Meet & Greet service to ensure a smooth transfer. 100% of all International groups arriving at Sea-Tac WITHOUT local meet and greet service will have a very poor experience. We provide excellent meet and greet service for a fee.
- For departures, please arrive at the airport 2 hours before your scheduled departure time. Sea-Tac is extremely busy in the summer months and unforeseen traffic can cause delays as well. Don’t stress. Give your group plenty of time!
